FAQs
How do I know which server I am on?
English text = SG (Singapore)Chinese text = Taiwan or HK (Hong Kong) Click on your code: If it shows "FUN BOX," you are on the Taiwan server. If it shows "T Club," you are on the HK server.
I have tickets from SG and Taiwan. Can I claim them through HK?
No. You can only claim tickets through the country your server is connected to.
Can I transfer my tickets from SG and Taiwan to HK?
No. Tickets and points are non-transferable between servers. You may create a new account for HK, but your existing points and tickets will not carry over.
Does purchase ticket expires?
Yes, it will eventually expire. However, expiration dates are usually announced on the Beyblade X app and on T Club's official Facebook page. They typically provide a reasonable grace period for you to claim your tickets.
When will I receive my Beyblades?
After you receive an email confirmation from T Club and forward it to us, we will book a flight within 2–4 weeks to claim your items. Once collected, we can ship them to you via any motor courier you prefer, or through LBC if you are located outside Metro Manila.
I accidentally put my name on the form instead of following the instructions. Can I resend the form using the same code?
It's absolutely fine. We can still process the claim even if you put your own name. However, please inform us immediately so we can note it properly on our list for easier processing.

I'm also one of the admins of Beyblade Philippines, our official community group in the Philippines, and the founder of Beyblade Marketplace Philippines.I've also been actively involved in the Beyblade community since 2021 during the Beyblade Burst era.
